1. Eligibility Requirements

• Valid business license and insurance
• Minimum 2 years of operation
• Positive customer reviews and reputation
• Compliance with local regulations

2. Listing Requirements

• Accurate and detailed tour descriptions
• High-quality images of tours and equipment
• Clear pricing and cancellation policies
• Regular availability updates

3. Commission and Payments

Travel-Riders charges a commission of 15% on all bookings made through our platform. Payments are processed monthly, with a 30-day payment term.

4. Quality Standards

• Maintain high safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Honor all bookings and commitments
