Every trip started the same way: a map in one tab, a forum thread in another, a spreadsheet of ferry times, and a tour operator at the end of an email chain. The riding was the easy part. Everything around it was the work.
We built Travel Riders to be the answer to that. One place to plan a route, find an operator who actually runs the roads you want to ride, book it properly, and read what other riders found when they got there.
Most of the people running the best tours are small outfits with deep local knowledge and no appetite for building a booking system. We give them a storefront, payments, and a dashboard, and take a cut only when they get paid.
The platform is deliberately an intermediary, not a tour organiser. Operators stay the merchant of record and keep ownership of their trips and their customers.
